The Apayao National Industrial and Agricultural High School (Eva Puzon Annex High School) in the Municipality of Calanasan, Province of Apayao, is hereby separated from the Apayao National Industrial and Agricultural High School in the Municipality of Calanasan, and converted into a separate and independent school of arts and trades to be known as Pio Da Lim Memorial School of Arts and Trades.
