The Leyte National College of Agriculture, Science and Technology shall donate at least three hectares (3 has.) of its present seventy-hectare land next adjacent to and facing Barangay Cagnocot, Villaba, Leyte, to be used as the new school site of the Villaba National Comprehensive High School.
