Periodic Reports. - The Committee shall submit periodic reports on its findings and make recommendations on actions to be taken by Congress and the appropriate department, and in order to carry out the objectives of this Act, an initial amount of Twenty million pesos (P20,000,000.00) is hereby appropriated for the Oversight Committee for the first year of its operation.
