Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Product Standards. - The Department, within six (6) months after the approval of this act, and in consultation with the Department of Trade and Industry and the Bureau of Food and Drug, shall establish the Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Product Standards (BAFPS).
