Science and technology awards. - There shall be established Science and Technology Awards Committee which shall confer annually the Science and Technology Awards for outstanding achievement/s and excellence or original contribution to science and technology. The Committee shall promulgate the guidelines in implementing this Section and shall specify the categories of awards to be given and the amount of financial reward for each category.
