There shall be a PSHSLNC Board, hereinafter referred to as the PSHSLNC Board, composed of the PSHSLNC Director as chairman; the regional director, Department of Science and Technology; the regional director, Department of Education, Culture and Sports; the president of the Parents-Teachers Association of the PSHS Regional School; the president of the Alumni Association; and two (2) representatives from the private sector to be appointed by the chairman of the PSHS Board of Trustees, as members.
Until such time that there shall have been organized a Philippine Science High School Lanao del Norte Campus Alumni Association, the president of the Alumni Association of the PSHS shall also be an ex officio member of the Board of Trustees.
