Section 25Sec./Art. 25

City Departments and Offices. There shall be established in the city government of the City of Passi the following offices for its elective officials:

a. The office of the city mayor;

b. The office of the city vice mayor; and

c. The individual offices of the members of the sangguniang panlungsod.

The City shall likewise establish the following departments and offices:

1. The office of the city administrator;

2. The treasury department;

3. The engineering and public works department;

4. The general services department;

5. The legal department;

6. The health and sanitation department;

7. The budget department;

8. The urban planning and development department;

9. The social welfare and development department;

10. The youth and sports development department;

11. The education department;

12. The environmental services department;

13. The public safety department;

14. The trade and industry department;

15. The assessor's department;

16. The accounting and internal audit department;

17. The civil registry department;

18. The agricultural services department;

19. The architectural planning and design department;

20. The public information department;

21. The veterinary services department;

22. The office of the secretary;

23. The population department; and

24. The cooperatives department.
