The City of Urdaneta. The Municipality of Urdaneta is hereby converted into a component city to be known as the City of Urdaneta, hereinafter referred to as the City, which shall comprise of the present jurisdiction of the Municipality of Urdaneta and bounded on the South by the municipality of Villasis, on the North by the Municipality of Binalonan, on the East by the Municipality of Asingan, on the West by the Municipality of Sta. Barbara, on the Northwest by the Municipality of Mangaldan and the Municipality of Laoac, and on the Southwest by the Municipality of Malasiqui. The territorial jurisdiction of the City shall be within the technical metes and bounds of the Municipality of Urdaneta.
