The City Registry of Deeds Office. There shall be established in the City a Registry of Deeds Office, subject to the standards, rules and regulations as may be promulgated by the Department of Justice, which shall discharge its duties under the general supervision of the Administrator of the Land Registration Authority and the Secretary of the Department of Justice.
