Applicability of Laws. The provisions of Republic Act Numbered 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, and other laws pertaining to the Province of Negros Occidental and such laws as are applicable to the component cities shall govern the City of Victorias insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
