City Elective Officers. (a) There shall be established in the city government of the City of Talisay the following offices for its elective officials:
(1) The office of the city mayor;
(2) The office of the city vice mayor; and
(3) The office of the members of the sangguniang panlungsod.
ARTICLE VIII
THE APPOINTIVE OFFICIALS OF THE CITY:
THEIR QUALIFICATIONS, POWERS AND DUTIES
