Election of Provincial Governor and Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members for the Province of Bukidnon. The qualified voters of the City of Malaybalay shall be qualified to vote and run for any elective position in the elections for provincial governor, sangguniang panlalawigan members and other elective offices for the Province of Bukidnon.
