Qualification Requirements. – In a government or private institution where a position requires a master's degree holder, a holder of professional mechanical engineer license shall be eligible for the position. Likewise, where a position requires a professional mechanical engineer's license, a holder of a master's or doctorate degree in mechanical engineering, with a registered mechanical engineer's license shall be considered for the position.
