Repealing Clause. – Commonwealth Act No. 294, as amended by Republic Act No. 5336, is hereby repealed and all other laws, parts of law, orders, ordinances, or regulations relative to the practice of mechanical engineering which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
