Election of Provincial Governor and Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members for the Province of Rizal. The qualified voters of the City of Antipolo shall be qualified to vote in the elections for provincial governor, vice governor, sangguniang panlalawigan members and other elective offices for the Province of Rizal.
