Implementing rules and regulations. – The Board with the approval of the Commission shall adopt and promulgate such rules and regulations, to carry out the provisions of this Act as approved by the Commission, which shall be effective after fifteen (15) days following their publication in the Official Gazette or in a major daily newspaper of general circulation.
