Foreign reciprocity. – No foreign interior designer shall he issued a temporary license to practice the interior design profession or consultancy thereof or be entitled to any of the rights and privileges under this Act unless the country of which he is a subject or citizen specifically permits Filipino interior designers to practice within its territorial limits on the same basis as the subjects or citizens of such foreign state or country.
