Creation and composition of the Board of Interior Design. – There is hereby created a Board of Interior Design, hereinafter called the Board, to be composed of a chairman and two (2) members to be appointed by the President of the Philippines, from a list of three (3) recommendees for each position, submitted by the Professional Regulation Commission hereinafter called the Commission, from a list of five (5) nominees for each position recommended by the duly accredited and integrated association of interior designers in the Philippines. The first Board shall be organized within thirty (30) days from the effectivity of this Act.
