Indication of Certificate of Competency and Professional Tax Receipt. – The Marine Deck/Engineer Officer shall be required to indicate his Certificate of Competency number, the duration of validity, including the professional tax receipt number on the documents he signs, uses or issues in connection with the practice of his profession.
