Reinstatement, Re-issuance or Replacement of Certificate of Competency. – The Board may, upon application and for reasons deemed proper and sufficient, reinstate any revoked Certificate of Competency or reissue any suspended Certificate of Competency, and in so doing, may, in its discretion, exempt the applicant from taking another examination
New Certificates of Competency to replace lost, destroyed or mutilated ones may be issued subject to the rules as implemented by the Board
