Qualification of an applicant for examinations. - Every applicant for the examination for agricultural engineers shall establish the following:
(a) Be a citizen of the Philippines;
(b) Be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering or its equivalent in a school, academy, institute, college or university duly recognized by the CHED.
