Funding. - Such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter: Provided, however, That fifty percent (50%) of the fees derived from examination, registration and licenses shall be utilized by the Board to defray its administrative and other operational expenses, including the enhancement of the Geodetic Engineering profession.
