Repealing clause. - Republic Act No. 4374, Presidential Decree Nos. 202 and 335 are hereby repealed. All other laws, decrees, executive orders and other administrative issuances and parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby modified, superseded or repealed accordingly.
