The Bataan Provincial Hospital in the Province of Bataan is hereby upgraded into a tertiary level II hospital, increasing its bed capacity from three hundred (300) to three hundred fifty (350) at least; increasing its operating fund; upgrading its medical equipment and facilities; and constructing the needed infrastructure under the direct control, management and supervision of the Department of Health.
