The Medina Lacson de Leon School of Arts and Trades in the Municipality of Balanga, Province of Bataan, is hereby converted into a polytechnic college to be known as the Bataan Polytechnic State College hereinafter referred to as the State College and integrating therewith the Bataan Community Colleges also located in the same municipality and province.
