In order to ensure the smooth transition to State College, the incumbent heads of the two schools shall serve as members of the transitory body which shall oversee the administration of the State College on direction from the Board until a new president is appointed, subject to the provisions of Section 7 on the State College president, provided that this arrangement shall not go beyond one calendar year from the approval of this Act.
