The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Apayao Institute of Science and Technology main and its Conner extension, except the sum needed to continue the operations of the other existing extension and annex high schools. Thereafter, such amount as may be necessary for the continued operation and maintenance of the Apayao State College shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
