The Cagayan Valley Regional Hospital in the Municipality of Tuguegarao, Cagayan (Region II) is hereby converted into a medical center to be renamed as Cagayan Valley Medical Center, hereinafter referred to as the Center, and increasing its bed capacity to five hundred (500).Ꮮαwρhi৷
