The Central Luzon Polytechnic College located in the City of Cabanatuan, Province of Nueva Ecija, with its present branches at San Isidro, Fort Magsaysay at Palayan City and Barangay Sumacab at Cabanatuan City, all in the Province of Nueva Ecija, is hereby converted into a state university to be known as the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology, hereinafter referred to as the University.
