The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the current years appropriations of the Central Luzon Polytechnic College, except the sum needed to continue the operations of the existing high school. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continued operation and maintenance of the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
