The Bureau of Lands, the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, and the Bureau of Forest Management are hereby directed to coordinate with the Surigao State College of Technology for the endowment and/or expropriation of at least five hundred hectares out of the alienable and disposable areas of the Province of Surigao del Norte and of the City of Surigao for the agricultural, forestry and fishery programs of the State College.
