Section 18Sec./Art. 18

All assets, fixed and movable, personnel and records of the Bohol Agricultural College in the Municipality of Bilar, the Bohol School of Arts and Trades in the City of Tagbilaran, the Bohol School of Fisheries in Cogtong in the Municipality of Candijay, the Clarin School of Fisheries in the Municipality of Clarin and the Calape National School of Fisheries in the Municipality of Calape are hereby transferred to the College:Provided, however,That the positions, rights and security of tenure of personnel therein employed under existing laws prior to absorption by the College are not impaired:Provided, further,That the incumbent of the positions shall remain in the same status until otherwise provided for the Board.

All parcels of land belonging to (the government occupied by the Bohol Agricultural College and the other schools being integrated are hereby declared to be the property of the Central Visayas State College of Agriculture, Forestry and Technology and shall be titled under the name of the College:Provided,That should the State College cease to exist or be abolished or should such parcels of land aforementioned be no longer needed by the College, the same shall revert to the Province of Bohol.
