Effect of Non-Disclosure Statement. - In the event of non-disclosure of a Year 2000 statement by government entities, private corporations, associations, and individuals covered by Section 4(1) of this Act, there shall be a disputable presumption that their systems and products are not Y2K ready for purposes of any action brought by another party against them.
