City of Malolos. The Municipality of Malolos shall be converted into a component city to be known as the City of Malolos, herein referred to as the City which shall comprise of the present territory of the Municipality of Malolos, Bulacan Province. The territorial jurisdiction of the City shall be within the present metes and bounds of the Municipality of Malolos, as follows:

NW - Cad 342-D, Calumpit Cadastre from MBM 1 to MBM 6 of Cad 179, Malolos Cadastre along the Provincial Road in North West direction;

NORTH - Cad 335, Plaridel Cadastre from MBM 6 to MBM 13 of Cad 179, Malolos Cadastre along the National Road in a South East direction;

EAST - Cad 334-D, Guiguinto Cadastre from MBM 13 to MBM 18 of Cad 179, Malolos Cadastre going South to the Municipality of Bulacan, Bulacan along the direction of irrigational canal;

SE - Cad 303-D Bulacan Cadastre from MBM 18 to MBM 23 of Cad 179, Malolos Cadastre going down to Manila following the direction of Matimbo River;
