The title of Book III of Executive Order No. 226, otherwise known as the Omnibus Investments Code of 1987, is hereby amended as follows:
"BOOK III
"INCENTIVES TO MULTINATIONAL COMPANIES ESTABLISHING REGIONAL OR AREA HEADQUARTERS AND REGIONAL OPERATING HEADQUARTERS IN THE PHILIPPINES"
