Transitory Provision. - Any and all policies, guidelines, programs, ceilings and limits currently in effect with respect to the issuance of guaranty shall be submitted to the Monetary Board of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas for concurrence within six (6) months after the effectivity of this Act.
