Sunset Review. Every year after the effectivity of this Act, Congress shall conduct a sunset review which shall entail a systematic evaluation of the Corporation to determine whether or not the performance, impact or accomplishments will respect to its mandates merit its continued existence. Such review shall be undertaken by the Committee on Housing and Urban Development and the Committee on Government Corporations and Public Enterprises of the Senate and the Committee on Housing and Urban Development and the Committee on Government Enterprises and Privatization of the House of Representatives which have legislative jurisdiction over the Corporation.
