The Natividad National High School Annex in Barangay Pulungmasle, Municipality of Guagua, Province of Pampanga, is hereby separated from the Natividad National High School located in Barangay Natividad, Municipality of Guagua, Province of Pampanga and the same is converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Pulungmasle National High School.
