The San Enrique Polytechnic College Dominador Abang Memorial Extension High School in the Municipality of San Enrique, Province of Iloilo, is hereby separated from the San Enrique Polytechnic College in the Municipality of San Enrique, also of the same province and converting it into a separate and independent national high school to be known as the Dominador Abang Memorial National High School.
