Registration of Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of a Trust Entity. - The Securities and Exchange Commission shall not register the articles of incorporation and by-laws or any amendment thereto, of any trust entity, unless accompanied by a certificate of authority issued by the Bangko Sentral.
