Sanctions and Penalties. - A trust entity or any of its officers and directors found to have willfully violated any pertinent provisions of this Act, shall be subject to the sanctions and penalties provided tinder Section 66 of this Act as well as Sections 36 and 37 of the New Central Bank Act.
