Assistance to Farmers and Fisherfolk. - To safeguard and enhance the interest of farmers and Fisherfolk, nothing in this Act shall in any manner affect the provisions Republic Act No. 8435, otherwise known as the Agriculture and Fisheries Modernization Act.
