The Fianza Memorial National High School -Annex in Barangay Tinongdan, Municipality of Itogon, Province of Benguet is hereby separated from the mother school, Fianza Memorial National High School in Barangay Dalupirip, also of the same municipality, and converted into a separate and independent national high school to be known as the Fianza Memorial National High School-Tinongdan.
