TheRajaSolimanHigh Schoolin the ThirdDistrict of Manila is hereby converted into a national science and technology high school to be known as the RajaSolimanScience andTechnologyHigh School.
Section2.The Department of Education, Culture and Sportsshall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary tocarry out the purpose of this Act.
Section3.The RajaSolimanScience andTechnologyHighSchoolshall offer secondary, vocational and technological coursesand a skills training program.
Section4.All personnel, records, assets and liabilities of theRajaSolimanHigh Schoolare hereby transferred to and absorbed by the RajaSolimanScience andTechnologyHigh School.
