The Mountain Province General Comprehensive High School Annex in Barangay Balili, Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province is hereby separated from the Mountain Province General Comprehensive High School in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province and converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Albago National High School.
