The Ditoray National High School Annex in Barangay Lison Valley, Pagadian City, Province of Zamboanga del Sur shall be separated from the Ditoray National High School in Pagadian City, Province of Zamboanga del Sur and shall be converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Lison Valley National High School.
