The Provincial School Division.
A. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports, shall within two (2) months of the commencement of the corporate existence of the province herein created, establish and maintain a separate school division in the Province whose jurisdiction shall cover the municipalities under the lone legislative district of the province.
B. The provincial school division shall be headed by a division superintendent who must possess the necessary qualifications required by the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
