The City School Division.-
a. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall establish and maintain a school division of the Science City of Muoz whose area of jurisdiction will cover all the school districts within the City; and
b. The city school division shall be headed by a division superintendent who must possess the necessary qualifications required by the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
