Election of Provincial Governor and Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members of the Province ofNueva Ecija.- The qualified voters of the Science City of Muoz shall qualify to vote and run for any elective position in the elections for provincial governor, provincial vice governor, sangguniang panlalawigan members and other elective offices for the Province ofNueva Ecija.
