Primary Text
Transitory Provision.- All persons who do not qualify as tenured migrants, transient farmers or who have no ancestral domains within the PA shall be allowed to harvest fruits or crops planted before the effectivity of this Act. Thereafter, all planted crops of such unqualified persons shall be confiscated and proceeds thereof shall accrued to the IPAF.
